THE OBJECTIVE IS TO IMPROVE LIFE STANDARD IN COMMUNITY

Palilula Municipality successfully went through recertification check of quality system management implementation in accordance with the standard ISO 9001:2008. The representatives of certification house LL-C (Certification) from Prague – Czech Republic under the authorized CERT-PLUS, Agency for engineering of system management – Nis, estimated that the work of Authorities of Palilula Municipality satisfy very high standards of this quality standard. On this occasion the certificate no 3810059, that refers to `services under authorization of City Municipality and improvement of life standard in community`, was issued and given.

The application of this standard, according to president words, started on August 16 2012 and will be implemented from August 16 2012. Palilula Municipality is one of three local self governments in Serbia and the first one in the City of Nis where during 2008, with adoption of quality standard ISO 9001:2008 and getting positive recommendation of certification house, was proved that Municipal system of management applied here is capable of reaching the goals that are in quality policy. It means complete satisfaction of service users – citizens of Palilula Municipality and all the employed. In this way and after four years Palilula Municipality is listed on the world referent list of local self governments that are fulfilling strict demands of quality standard ISO 9001:2008.

Quality management system is constituent part of business policy and all activities on its establishing, maintaining and continual improvement are in accordance with relevant legal regulations.

With business processes we are managing openly and truthfully with using signs of our employed and methods and tools of quality with the aim to respond to the needs of our organization and users of our services. We are tending to realize complete satisfaction of services users. Management of Municipality promotes and encourages all the employed and delivers to take active participation in the activities of processes improvement.

About it in coming certification period of three years Ivica Stojanovic member of Municipal council will take special care. Quality policy is on the visual places in business offices of Palilula Municipality. Public is informed also and all the interested sides about the introduction of Quality Policy in Palilula Municipality over media.
